To provide vision assistance, primarily provide eye exams and eye glasses to the uninsured and under insured.

The corporation is formed exclusively for charitable purposes, including meeting the needs of individuals who are disadvantaged or making contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future tax code or laws. Area of emphasis will be the working with the Lions Clubs of east Tennessee in the provision of vision assistance.
