Join the Community and Creativity Team at the Fountain City Art Center and help create a warm, welcoming space where art, music, learning, and community come together. Volunteers serve as friendly hosts for students, families, artists, and visitors. Ambassadors help greet guests, answer questions, assist with class enrollment, prepare classrooms, support instructors, and help represent the organizations housed within the Art Center. Volunteer Duties Include: Greeting visitors and welcoming students and families Helping prospective students enroll in art and music classes Answering questions about classes, lessons, workshops, exhibits, and events Assisting with checkout for artwork, supplies, instruments, and merchandise Helping prepare classrooms and event spaces (This can include moving folding tables and chairs, setting up for music events and group meetings.) Supporting instructors and staff as neededAnswering calls and text Light cleaning, organization, and keeping the Center welcoming Volunteer Schedule
