As a Parking & Wayfinding Guide, you'll welcome guests the moment they arrive, directing them to parking and then guiding them toward the festivities. Cocktail hour through dinner · Essential to the experience

Every memorable event has people working with quiet care to make the experience feel effortless for guests, and that's exactly what an Event Steward does. You'll keep the cocktail area welcoming and tidy as the evening gets underway, then transition to the dining space to help set out plates and ensure a smooth, gracious start to dinner. It's a role that requires attentiveness and a genuine desire to serve, and the satisfaction of seeing guests settle in comfortably for a beautiful evening is very much its own reward. If you take pride in doing things well and being a steady, reliable presence, we'd love to have you.

Help bring the magic of the Summer Solstice to life through the art of floral design. As a volunteer, you'll work alongside our dedicated event committee to create beautiful handcrafted accessories — flower crowns, boutonnieres, and floral necklaces — that guests will cherish. Instructions and materials are provided, and your own creative instincts are genuinely welcomed. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbors, contribute to a beloved community tradition, and spend time doing something beautiful together. (No green thumb or prior crafting experience required! If you can wrap a piece of tape, you can do this.)
