About Family Fun Day
Family Fun Day is a free community event open to all ages and abilities. Guests
enjoy hands-on art activities, family entertainment, food, music, and access to
our galleries. It is a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours,
connect with the community, and help make art accessible to everyone. This FFD will feature activities centered around the theme Folk
& Far Away, inspired by artwork from the KMA
Collection as well as the exhibition No-Man’s-Land. It
promises to be a fun-filled day for all, and we would love to have your
students involved!
NOTICE!!
A short application form is required. Please complete and return it to Danielle Mann ( dmann@knoxart.org )along with a copy of a photo ID to reserve a spot on the volunteer roster. Confirmation email must be received by the volunteer to participate.
Volunteer Duties
Volunteers may assist with event setup, managing art activity tables, greeting
visitors, selling popcorn, supporting vendors, providing information, helping
with crowd flow, and event cleanup.
