Want to be a part of our epic team of volunteers? Then come be a part of this training to learn all the ins and outs of our field trips and events at Marble Springs!
We are looking for:
- Those who LOVE history!
- Those with weekday availability
- Those who want to be more involved with our events
- Those who are good with children
- Those who want to share their skills and knowledge (bonus points for 18th-century skills!)
- Those who are adaptable and open to taking on different roles.
- Those who enjoy interacting with visitors and making them feel welcome.
Join us on August 24th from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm for a volunteer training session at Marble Springs State Historic Site! This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in volunteering for our field trips or serving as a docent to learn about the rich history of Marble Springs. Lunch will be provided, so please RSVP mindfully to ensure we have enough food for everyone. RSVP here: Volunteer Training at Marble Springs. After the training, participants will have the chance to "interview" with our team to determine the best roles for each new volunteer. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our passion for history!
