Our volunteers work in the Product Recovery area or our Repacking Clean Room where we process donated food for distribution. This is a set of basic quality and date checking, sorting, labeling, and repacking steps.
**Volunteers must be at least 10 years of age, and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteers also help in non-food project support roles such as cleaning, letter stuffing, and miscellaneous admin duties.
Training will be provided on-site at the beginning of the shift.

**Please know you will be working in a warehouse environment and the following rules concerning dress must be followed:

- While casual attire is welcome; jeans, shorts, t-shirts, etc., attire must be appropriate for a family environment
- **Jewelry must be limited to rings only
- Please do not bring personal items like bags, backpacks and phones into the warehouse
- Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
- Open toed shoes are prohibited
- You may be required to wear a mask, gloves, and hairnet depending on your work project. ALL hair must fit into hairnet- bring a hair band if you have long hair.
