Join us at Reclaim the Ridge, a weekend of music, nature, and action to raise awareness and funds in opposition to Enbridge’s proposed Ridgeline gas pipeline—set to slice across 122 miles of Tennessee and make 162 waterway cuts through tributaries of the Obed Wild and Scenic River.
The Enbridge gas pipeline will make several crossings of tributaries to the Obed Wild and Scenic River. TCWP is raising funds to conduct water and visual monitoring during the installation.
We’re gathering at the Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery for an unforgettable time featuring live music by The Local Honeys, camping, hiking, swimming, and even art-making!
It all kicks off Friday evening and runs into Saturday. More details and music lineup coming soon. Let’s celebrate what we’re fighting to protect. The Festival is organized by Ridgeline Voices and SAGE TN, two grassroots community groups working to protect Tennessee from the proposed Ridgeline gas pipeline, along with TCWP and other partner organizations.
Reclaim the Ridge is a free event but you can “purchase” a ticket on Eventbrite, in any amount you’d like to support this effort. Please “purchase” tickets here: http://reclaimtheridge.
