PARKING:
If you’re volunteering on Friday – you won’t be able to park in the 11th street parking garage as UT will still be in classes that day. You can park in the Fort Kid parking lot, or back lot of the Knoxville Museum of Art building. Saturday and Sunday: you should be able to park in the 11th street garage. On Sunday, please allow yourself plenty of time to park and walk over. The later in the day it gets – the harder it may be to find parking close to the Worlds Fair Park lawn. Parking is free around town on weekends but just give yourself plenty of time.
VOLUNTEER CHECK IN:
On Friday and Saturday, not sure if the volunteer tent will be set up yet for check in. If it’s not, just look for Kenzie and Shanna. They’ll be walking around with papers and clipboards!!
SNACKS:
There will be snacks/drinks for volunteers on Sunday. Friday & Saturday: just in case – make sure to bring your own.
PASSES & WING TICKETS:
Friday and Saturday vols: we should have your passes/wing tickets for you after your shift ends. If you’re working the later afternoon shift on Sunday – but want to eat wings before your shift starts – that is great with us. However, we are trusting you to show up for your shift once you’re done eating! Don’t leave us hanging please!
