Computer Programmer/online forms creation

Our PLACE, a 501 c 3, is an Adult Day Center (ADC) located in Loudon County that will provide structured activities for those suffering from early to mid-stages of Alzheimer's/Dementia. The building, now under construction, is due to open March 2022. We will shortly start the hiring process for our Executive Director, Program Director and other positions. We hope to have the applicants complete their job application online.

We are in need of someone who knows Wix and who can take job application forms that are already created and put them in the format needed so the application can be completed and submitted online.
