Be the unsung heroes of Gala night! Parking at a popular garden venue can be a puzzle, and your team is the key to making guest arrivals seamless, stress-free, and welcoming. Working in pairs with flashlights, glowing traffic batons, and high-visibility vests, you'll guide donors and VIPs smoothly into their spots so the party can get started.
Your Game Plan:
- Greeter-Guides: Direct incoming vehicles to designated parking areas and open spaces across the grounds.
- Flow Masters: Keep traffic moving safely and smoothly along the entrance drives to avoid backups.
- Wayfinders: Give a warm initial welcome as guests step out of their cars and point them toward the main entrance tent.
What to Expect:
- 100% Outdoors & Active: Rain or shine. Standing, walking, and directing traffic along gravel paths, paved drives, and lawn areas for the full shift.
- Safety First: High-vis vests and light batons provided. You'll work in pairs so no one is isolated on the grounds.
- What to Wear: Weather-appropriate, comfortable clothing. Closed-toe shoes with great support (sneakers or sturdy boots) are non-negotiable! Bring a light jacket or rain shell just in case.
- Need to know: Safety gear provided.
