Community Health Fair Hosted by Vine Middle Magnet School in Partnership with The University of Tennessee Medical Center
The Vine Volunteer Collective is calling on individuals to step up and help support this important community event! Whether you can lend a hand with setup, registration, or cleanup, your time and energy will make a huge difference.

WHEN: Saturday, April 5th, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
WHERE: Vine Middle Magnet School, 1807 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Knoxville, TN 37915
WHAT: Join us for the East Knox Well Community Health Fair — a day of wellness, connection, and support for the East Knoxville community. In partnership with The University of Tennessee Medical Center, this event will offer health resources, screenings, education, and family-friendly activities. We need your help to make this event a success!
VOLUNTEER ROLES NEEDED:
- Event Set-Up (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM): Help us set up the space by arranging tables, setting up booths, and preparing the venue.
- Welcome & Registration Table: Greet families, guide them through the event, and assist with sign-ins and paperwork.
- Family Support: Help participants complete forms, answer questions, and ensure they connect with the right resources.
- General Event Support: Assist with various tasks throughout the day, including managing flow, providing directions, and supporting event activities.
- Gym Supervision: Help supervise children while they play in the gym, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
- Tear Down & Clean-Up (2:00 PM - 2:30 PM): Help us leave the space better than we found it by taking down tables, cleaning up trash, and packing materials. For this shift, you must be able to lift and move tables.
This is a wonderful chance to engage with and support the East Knoxville community while promoting health and wellness.
