Vine Middle Magnet School is thrilled to announce our upcoming event, "Vine on The Block" on Tuesday, May 14th, from 5:00-7:00p! This community gathering will be an evening filled with music, delicious dishes from local food trucks, field games, and plenty of fun for everyone.
We are needing volunteers primarily between the hours of 3:00-8:00p, but can be flexible on time and will need help with set up earlier in the day.
There are various opportunities to get involved, including:

Event Planning and Logistics: Help us behind the scenes by joining our planning team to coordinate logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. Volunteers are needed earlier in the day to assist with setup and preparations.

Water Station Attendants: Keep our guests hydrated by managing the water station and ensuring it stays stocked and tidy throughout the event.

Trash Clean-Up Crew: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the event area by periodically collecting and disposing of trash.

Bathroom Hallway Monitors: Monitor the usage of bathrooms and ensure that they remain clean and accessible for event attendees.

General Set-Up and Tear-Down Helpers: Assist with setting up event equipment, decorations, and signage before the event begins, and help with teardown and cleanup tasks once the event concludes.
