Volunteer: Operation Backyard Crew LeaderOperation Backyard, a program of the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, works to strengthen the very fabric of our community by joining materials, volunteers, and homeowners to make needed home repairs. The only way we can do this is by having dedicated Crew Leaders from the community. Crew Leaders are volunteers who work on homes to perform repairs projects such as install ramps, repair access porches, paint homes, and some roofing. The Crew Leaders will work closely with the Operation Backyard Staff to plan for the home repairs. Operation Backyard Crew leaders are individuals that have a desire to help and can potentially lead others to complete repairs all while maintaining the focus on the family we are helping with repairs. Learn more about who we are and what we do at www.KLF.org.
