Needs From: Volunteer East Tennessee

Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest is back and better than ever this year, we could not be more excited! This event will take place on March 14th at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts (556 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738). This event is full of wine tastings, shopping the beautiful work of local artists, and listening to live music. We are looking for volunteers ages 18 and up to help us make this event the best yet!  

Below is a list of needs we are looking for: Please email macey@gatlinburg.com if you have any questions! 

Set-up: Looking for 5 people to come out before the events begins and help get the venue set up on Friday, March 13th from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Registration/ Check-In: Looking for 4 people to help check people in and give out wristbands on Saturday, March 14th from 11:00am – 5:00pm. Vendor Assistants: We need approximately 6 people to go around and make sure all our vendors have all materials they need on Saturday, March 14th from 11:00am – 5:00pm. Wine Carrel/ Merchandise: We will need 2 volunteers to help collect and hold the attendees purchased wine and merchandise for them on Saturday, March 14th from 12:00pm – 6:00pm. Breakdown: Looking for 5 people to help us breakdown the event and return Arrowmont to the way it looked before on Saturday, March 14th from 4:00pm – 9:00pm.

 

All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and hours counted towards any community service and/or credit hours.
