 If you have a passion for caring for others and are looking for a way to make a difference in people’s lives, consider becoming an Amedisys Hospice Volunteer. Our Volunteers are an important part of our Hospice Care Team, helping improve the quality of life for our patients, their families, and their caregivers. 

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Direct Patient Care - Visit and support patients one-on-one
• Bereavement - Support family members who have lost a loved one
• Administrative - Support hospice office operations
• Professional - Share a special skillset or credential you have with patents and families
