koloHUB is a non-profit public benefit organization registered in Knoxville, Tennessee 
(EIN: 88-4151098).   koloHUB operates exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.  

Our mission is to assist and improve the lives of devastated Ukrainian people and animals through qualified foreign and domestic charitable organizations, and verified animal shelters and veterinarians.

We solicit volunteers and donors, organize fundraising events, and provide educational activities to increase awareness of newly identified and on-going war impacts in Ukraine, and take action to assist situationally to provide immediate aid.

koloHUB charitable support is not tied to any specific foreign charity on an exclusive basis and is not provided to any sanctioned countries.
