We are an organization that's committed to helping children living with a life-threatening medical conditions. We learn his/her true heartfelt wish so we can make the most impact. Never underestimate the hope, strength and joy that a wish can give. It is truly life-changing and we are proud to be a part of something so powerful! Our Chapter grants wishes of children residing in East Tennessee from the Tri-Cities down to the Chattanooga and over to Crossville.
