About Us
We started as an organization in 1985 to assist getting the bald eagle off the endangered species list. As one of the few organizations with a bald eagle breeding program we were able to release over 400 eagles into the state. American Eagle Foundation was the first to fly eagles at national events to gain recognition for educational purposes and continues on today-pushing Conservation, Education, and Protection of not only the bald eagle, but other birds of prey and the environment.
