Are you ready to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation? Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee is seeking dedicated individuals to volunteer as mentors for children in our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Spend quality time with your "Little," building a meaningful, one-on-one relationship.
- Participate in fun and enriching activities that spark confidence and growth.
- Help your Little achieve their potential by offering encouragement and guidance.
Who Can Volunteer:
- Anyone 15 years or older—yes, high school students can mentor too! Our structured school-based program is designed specifically for younger mentors.
- Adults 23 years or older can choose between school-based or community-based mentoring, offering flexibility to match their schedules.
- The commitment is just 4-6 hours per month for at least one year.
- No prior mentoring experience is needed—just a passion for making a difference and helping children succeed!
