The Vine Volunteer Collective is looking for volunteers who can support our 8th Grade Celebration Week!
Help us send off our 8th graders with an incredible week of celebration by signing up for one (or more!) volunteer shifts.
WHEN (multiple shifts, read carefully):
I. Monday, May 19, 2025 – 8th Grade Breakfast (8:30-10:00 AM)
3 volunteers – Assist with cooking/serving breakfast 2 volunteers – Supervise students during breakfast
II. Tuesday, May 20, 2025 – 8th Grade Cookout & Field Day (1:00-3:30 PM)- SHIFT IS FULL, PLEASE DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS
5+ volunteers – Help cook/serve at the cookout & supervise activities
Note: No parent volunteers for Field Day
III. Wednesday, May 21, 2025 – 8th Grade Ceremony (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
2-3 volunteers – Assist with decorating, greeting, ushering, and handing out programs.
IV. 8th Grade Dance (6:00-8:00 PM) – Off Campus (Location TBD)
As many volunteers as possible – Help with ticketing, meal service, photo booth supervision, greeting students, and more!
