The Fleurish Runway Show is a fun, fashion-filled event and fundraiser for Ijams that focuses on sustainability and creativity with local designers create pieces that are upcycled/recycled, vintage, or made from all ethically and sustainably sourced materials.
This is a large scale event and will be broken down into shifts.
Quarry Parking Assistant Shift: 10am-12pm
- These volunteers will assist Ijams staff members with parking at the Mead's Quarry parking lot.
Morning Set up Shift: 11am-2pm
- This shift will help with moving and setting up and the chairs, runway, tables, etc. for this event. It will be a lot of walking and lifting.
Afternoon/Evening Event shift: 4:00pm-10:30pm
- This shift will be helping with final decorations, setting up check in tables, helping with vendor unloading etc.
- This shift will also be working while the event is happening, and volunteers will be redirecting guests, helping at check in, ticket sales, helping with trash and recycling, and then at the end of the event, they will help with take down and clean up.
