The hospitality team will be responsible for welcoming guests to the Gala. Tasks may include:
- Opening doors for guests
- Getting guests checked in
- Directing guests to the appropriate locations
Dress Code: The Gala is a formal event. We ask that our hospitality team dress in all black. While you do not have to wear formal attire, please dress nicely.
Arrival will be at 4pm and volunteers will be free to leave at 6pm when the show begins.
