Volunteers will help create spaces that support both staff wellness and student needs. By organizing, cleaning, and setting up a teacher workout space, volunteers will provide staff with a dedicated place to focus on health and stress relief.
At the same time, organizing and inventorying the Care Closet will ensure students and families have quick and reliable access to essential items such as backpacks, shoes, and winter coats. Together, these projects will strengthen our school community by showing care for both teachers and students.
Volunteers will help by:
- Organizing teacher workout space
- Setting up the teacher workout space
- Organizing the Care Closet
- Inventorying the Care Closet
Volunteers should wear:
- Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for light cleaning and moving items.
Volunteers should park:
- Volunteers may park in the Vine Middle Magnet School parking located off of Burge Dr, or may park on MLK Avenue (which is preferred).
Volunteers should bring:
- A refillable water bottle
- Their ID to check it at their school
