Maynard Elementary School is hosting their annual School Carnival! The Carnival is held in the MES parking lot and serves as a fun end of year event for all members of the Mechanicsville community.
Volunteers are needed to help assist in the following areas:
- set up (tables, trash cans, etc.)
- tear down (tables, trash cans, etc.)
- face painting
- applying temporary tattoos
- serving food at the food table
- overall flow of event
Dress code is casual, as it will be outside, but please wear closed toe shoes! Parking will be available on all streets surround the school (College St., Danny Mayfield park perimeter, UT Foundation parking lot, UT Institute parking lot).
