| Inclement Weather Plan: The Newport Harvest Street Festival is a rain or shine event. Every effort will be made to continue the festival as scheduled. However, the safety of our vendors, volunteers, entertainers, and guests is our highest priority. If severe weather is expected or conditions become hazardous—including flooding, damaging winds, lightning, or other threats that could cause injury or significant property damage—the Chamber reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel the event. Any weather-related decisions will be made based on recommendations from local emergency officials and weather authorities and will be communicated as quickly as possible through the Chamber's website and social media channels. | |
