The Vine Volunteer Collective is looking for volunteers to support two student incentive programs: our Snack Cart and Golden Bear Store.
I. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: SNACK CART
Help us provide students with a fun midday pick-me-up by distributing snacks from our Snack Cart. Volunteers will:
- Distribute snacks to students based on their completed order forms.
- Double-check students’ math and fulfill their orders.
- Help create a positive experience for students.
WHEN: Volunteers Needed: At least 3 per shift. Time: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
DATES:
- Friday, September 4
- Friday, September 18
- Friday, October 30
- Friday, December 11
We also need an additional volunteer who would prefer a behind-the-scenes role to enter completed student orders into the computer.
II. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: GOLDEN BEAR STORE
- Help fulfill orders for our school’s student incentive store. Volunteers will:
- Pull and organize student orders.
- Fulfill orders using items from the Golden Bear Store.
- Prepare completed orders for students.
WHEN: Volunteers Needed: At least 2 per shift. Time: Approximately 1.5–2 hours during the school day, at your convenience on day of event (THE HOURS ARE A SUGGESTION FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY)

Please bring your ID to check in at the front office. All volunteers will also be asked to sign a Confidentiality Statement with Kyle Pickell before volunteering.
