This June we're opening a brand new pop-up museum experience outside! Muse Pop will feature exhibits, workshops, performances and more within a world of colorful tents. Each week of June is a different theme: June 1-6 Sticky Science, June 7-12 Culinary Connections, June 13-20 Construction Central, June 21-26 Go Green, June 27-30 Science of Sports.
We are looking for volunteers to help us facilitate the fun activities at each of our tents during the month of June for Muse POP. It will be so much fun! There are needs each day of June with different shifts each day. Feel free to sign up for more than one shift a day -- we are grateful for all volunteer help!
While volunteering, you will:
- Facilitate hands-on projects outdoors with visitors by working with, and teaching, children of various social, educational, and economic backgrounds and levels.
- Help us set up area before opening, keep area organized throughout the shift, and help clean up the area after the shift.
- Interact positively and spontaneously with all guests through the power of hands-on play while ensuring the safety of guests and employees.
COVID19 PROTOCOLS
Upon Entry: Frequent handwashing, access to hand sanitizer, and maintaining social distancing of 6 ft. or greater where possible are some of the basic practices that we encourage.
Cloth face coverings will be required.
Our Building: Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing measures are in place including the following:
● Regular sanitizing of all primary touchpoints
● HEPA air filtration system
● Ionopure Sanitizing Cool Mist Cleaners throughout the indoor spaces
● Updated bathroom facilities including touchless fixtures
