UPDATE 9.9.2021 The ETEBA conference COVID protocol has been revised to require volunteers and attendees to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test (within 72 hours of start of shift).
The Energy Technology and Environmental Business Association (ETEBA) Business Opportunities and Technical Conference is coming to the Knoxville Convention Center October 5-7, 2021. Volunteers will assist the conference planners by prepping attendee bags prior to the conference and checking in attendees for conference sessions.
Monday, October 4, 12pm-5pm
Volunteers will assist with preparing welcome bags.
Tuesday, October 5, 5pm-7:30pm
Volunteers will assist with badge checking.
Wednesday, October 6, multiple shifts
Volunteers will assist with badge checking.
- 7:30am-10:30am
- 11:30am-2:30pm
- 4:30pm-7:30pm
Thursday, October 7, 7:30am-10:30am
Volunteers will provide general assistance.
NOTE: As of August 2, 2021, masks are required in city buildings, including the Knoxville Convention Center, regardless of vaccination status. The situation is ever-updating, and you can find more up-to-date information at www.knoxvilletn.gov/covid19.
