What if my participant needs additional support?
We maintain a ratio of at most 3 participants to 1 volunteer/staff. If your participant needs 1:1 support or would like to bring a caregiver with them, please email Jailyn Mabe (jmabe4@vols.utk.edu). Participant tickets are strictly limited to PARTICIPANTS ONLY.
Will you be eating together?
Yes! We will eat lunch together! Our meal is still to be determined! We will also provide snacks and water for all participants and volunteers. If there are any dietary restrictions or allergies, please ensure those are communicated as soon as possible.
What time is drop-off & pick-up?
Drop-off is no earlier than 10:00am. Pick-up is no later than 3:00pm.
What time do volunteers need to arrive?
Volunteers must arrive by 9:30am so that we can run through the schedule for our time together prior to participant arrival.
All registered volunteers are expected to stay for the duration of the event unless otherwise communicated upon registration.
