The 2024 TYR Pro Swim Series Meet takes place January 10-13, 2024, at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center, and they need your help to make this event a success! Volunteers will aid in one of the below duties, and tasks will be assigned and trained upon arrival for your shift.
Registration - Hand out passes and check names off as people check in to the venue.
Parking Attendant - Assist in the distribution of parking passes on site. This job is outdoors and standing.
Hospitality - Assist in the setup, breakdown, and distribution of meals for coaches, athletes, and officials.
USADA Assistant: Male - Assist the US Anti Doping Staff by observing an athlete picked for drug testing from the time their event ends until they check in with USADA staff.
USADA Assistant: Female - Assist the US Anti Doping Staff by observing an athlete picked for drug testing from the time their event ends until they check in with USADA staff.
Volunteers will be provided light snacks and refreshments (water, soda, crackers, bars, etc.).
Black shirts will be provided to volunteers who are on deck. Please wear a black or dark blue/neutral top.
Parking will be provided for volunteers on the days they are working in the G7 parking garage across Andy Holt from the venue. 2401 Volunteer Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37916
Check-in will be at the garage door entrance on the deck level, East side of the building (along UT Drive).
