The Tennessee ProStart competition is coming up on February 18-19, 2024, at the UT Conference Center, and we need volunteers to act as timekeepers for each team.
The culinary competition is divided into 9 distinct sections, so the timer’s main responsibility is to keep the time for one team. The timer will announce when segments begin and end, and will announce divisions of time within the segment.
Training will begin at 7:30 am, with shifts to follow. You will be assigned to one of the below times, followed by a provided lunch.
- 8:05-10:30 am
- 8:20-10:45 am
- 8:35-11 am
