While guests are in the atrium, you will be responsible for engaging with them and promoting interest in the Silent Auction items. Once the Silent Auction closes, you will transition to delivering items to the winning guests. Additionally, volunteers will be required to activate the LED lights in the centerpieces and ensure that all candles are lit at each table, starting at 6:00 PM. Following this, you will return to the concourse for further instructions regarding the second phase of the Silent Auction.
