Established in 1961, the Dogwood Arts Festival is one of the most celebrated cultural events in Knoxville! The festival is held on the beautifully redesigned Performance Lawn at World's Fair Park and features over 100 fine art vendors, live music, entertainment, children's activities, food & beverage vendors, and more.
We would simply not be able to hold this event without all our amazing volunteers. All volunteers will get a nifty volunteer t-shirt that they will need to visibly wear throughout their entire volunteer shift. If you have a person who you want to make sure you are placed with, then just put their name in the Volunteer Buddy field and have them put your name in that field so that we know you guys are together. If you have done this before and there is somewhere you are hoping to be placed, please put that info in the notes section and we will do our best to sort everyone out.
**The shifts on Thursday and the last shift on Sunday that starts at 4:30 pm are more physical shifts. These are set up and breakdown shifts so if you have mobility issues then these would not be the shifts you want to sign up for. **
This event is held outside in East Tennessee so there is always a chance of rain so please dress accordingly. Please wear layers and comfortable shoes. We can't wait to see you there.
